the daily grind

Traditional cuisine with fresh local products, South Tyrolean specialities and delicacies from
both culinary cultures, are a big deal in our house. Home made food with the right touch of refinement:
as a “village guesthouse” with tradition, the food needs to do justice to its history and reputation.

Obviously with a well assorted wine-cellar. Because here, grapes are kissed by the sun.
